Our firm consists of three partners and two qualified Chartered Accountants other than partners. In addition we have 18 Article assistants and other staff of eight members, totally comprising of 31 members.
Hari Agarwal laid the foundation of the firm in 1987 as a sole proprietorship firm and later converted it into a partnership firm. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He authored a book titled "Tax Payers Practical Guide to Survey under Income Tax Act,1961" Co-authored by his Sons CA Varun Agarwal and CA Vivek Agarwal. He presented more than 100 papers on "Survey, Search & Seizure" for more than 30 years, in the seminars organized by various branches of ICAI in different states. He has been contributing monthly column on "Survey, Search & Seizure Update" for more than 20 years, in the newsletter published by the Hyderabad Branch of ICAI. He periodically delivered talks on Doordarshan and All India Radio. He has been, formerly, nominated as member of Ethical Standards Board of ICAI, New Delhi.
Varun Agarwal is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Company Secretary. He was a part of the Audit & Assurance team of Lovelock & Lewes (PwC) during his articleship. Post qualification, he has worked with Ernst & Young (EY) with their Transfer Pricing team. He is specialized in providing Audit, Taxation and Consulting services. He is a Co-author of the book titled "Tax Payers Practical Guide to Survey under Income Tax Act, 1961".
Vivek Agarwal is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Company Secretary and Bachelor of Laws. He has good experience in handling Survey, Search & Seizure cases and Income-tax Appeals related work. He Co-authored the said book titled "Tax Payers Practical Guide to Survey under Income Tax Act, 1961". He also made presentations in the seminars of ICAI. He is specialized in providing tax consultation and advisory solutions in the matters of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
